In this Vlog we take a look at the principles and techniques behind an effective ViPR warmup, specifically designed for running.

The video includes explanations and drills for the following phases of a warmup:

•   Mobility - The freedom to move!  Aaron takes you through movements that create space in the joints that are specific to running, with the use of authentic running ‘drivers’.

•   Stability - Building balance and proprioception through the joints that are key to running safely.

•   Agility - Akin to the Potentiate phase of an athletic RAMP warmup. Priming and exciting the nervous system, structures and tissues that fulfil running performance.
