ViPR master trainer and global educator Steve Rast heads off on a road trip with his family, showing it doesn’t matter how far you travel or how busy you are, you can still find time to work out even in the smallest spaces. In this video, Rast begins performing ViPR drags and press-ups, followed by the ViPR foot flip with burpee, before running backwards, performing toe taps.
