ViPR enables me to replicate the global and contextual movement patterns my athletes rely on in competition, this translates to better performance on the pitch. Its versatility unlocks a myriad of progressions, regressions and ways to stimulate my clients through dynamic movements, which has quite frankly make traditional strength training equipment redundant.

My practice focus is on rehabilitation and functional conditioning for older adults, and the ViPR stands out for its versatility in this setting. Its ease of maneuverability makes it an excellent tool for training task-specific movements and for loading mobility exercises. Vipr effectively bridges the gap between body weight only movement and heavier strength training, allowing for graded and specific loading of joints and soft tissues for those who are deconditioned or returning to exercise from injury.

ViPR is an essential tool for anyone that wants to improve their movement. It’s not until you educate yourself on how to use it that you really understand its versatility and power to get results. It’s a great investment and one of the most used tools in our gym, loved by all our expert coaches.
