Gavin Attorre

Gavin Attorre

Gavin has been a trainer in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years. He has studied with industry leaders in the areas of strength and conditioning, movement analysis, rehabilitation and functional nutrition.

Gavin has trained many individuals from general gym members to professional athletes competing at the very highest level.

As an international ViPR master trainer, Gavin has also worked with a number of international organizations, assisting with delivery and implementation of ViPR both within fitness, the military and professional sports.

Gavin Attorre

Adam Daniel

Adam has been in the fitness industry for 14 years.

Formerly an international 400m hurdler, Adam is currently an international master trainer for ViPR and a UK master trainer for FitPro, specialising in the delivery and development of coaching and communication skills courses and workshops.

Adam regularly presents at the Register of Exercise Professionals quarterly conferences in the UK, and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the England Rugby Football Union, overseeing the development of international referees.

He was considered to be one of London's top six personal trainers and his client list ranges from professional golfers, windsurfers and elite-level athletes to business people and deconditioned clients.

Dave Parker

Dave Parker

David has been involved in the fitness industry since 1995 and is a certified personal trainer. During this time he has worked as a freelance personal trainer and also for a number of fitness education companies, including Premier Training International as programme manager for fitness. In this role he was responsible for the development and implementation of Premier’s nationally accredited fitness courses.

In 2007 he completed the GIFT programme with the Gray Institute in the US and is now a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. His current position is as a director at iMOVE Training and Education Ltd – a company offering UK-based fitness qualifications and advanced CPD education to the health and fitness industry.

Gary Anderson

Garry Anderson

After seven years’ service with the Royal Marines, Garry chose to follow his passion for being active and helping others and embarked on a new career in the health and fitness industry.

Garry has worked as a presenter with FitPro since 2004 and was proud to be selected as a ViPR master trainer during its UK launch back in 2008. He has been fortunate to work and study with the very best educators and presenters in the industry who have helped him evolve his coaching ethos of mind, body and nutrition.

Garry is also a performance coach and consultant with his company Bio-mechanix based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Derek Vandenbrink

Derek Vandenbrink

Derek has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 as a personal trainer, athletic conditioning specialist, and personal training manager, and is currently a professor in health, wellness and fitness at Mohawk College in Ontario, Canada.

As an international ViPR master trainer, Derek has delivered and developed ViPR education for clubs, private training studios, and youth sport organizations.

Derek has a Master of Arts in Physical Education and Recreation specializing in youth athlete development, and is a faculty member for PTA Global.

Derrick Price

Derrick Price

Derrick Price has been active on many levels in the fitness industry for over eight years. He holds a MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis on injury prevention and performance enhancement from the California University of Pennsylvania where he has also spent time as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching courses in Exercise Program Design. Aside from personal training at the acclaimed Function First exercise studio in San Diego, CA, Derrick also is a master trainer for ViPR, Power Plate, Core-Tex and Technogym. He began his educational career as a master instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has since moved on to become a faculty member for the Personal Training Academy Global.

Derrick currently resides in San Diego, CA with his wife Laura where they enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, trail-running, disc golf and a variety of other sports.

Pete McCall

Pete McCall

As an exercise physiologist with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Pete creates and delivers fitness education programs to uphold ACE’s mission of enriching quality of life through safe and effective exercise and physical activity. He is one of the creators of the new ACE Integrated Fitness Training (IFT®) model of exercise program design. Pete has a Master’s of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he is a certified personal trainer with ACE and holds additional certifications and advanced specializations through the NSCA (CSCS), and NASM (CPT, IFS, and PES).

Outside of his work responsibilities Pete serves on the content review committee for ptonthenet.com – a website dedicated to educating fitness professionals worldwide – and runs conditioning programs for youth (U19) rugby players.

Austin Gregory Johns

Austin Gregory Johns

Austin Gregory Johns is president, personal health advocate, and head master trainer and head nutritionist for the San Clemente Health and Fitness Network in Southern California.

Austin has a decade of experience in the fitness industry and has been assisting clientele of all age ranges and fitness levels throughout his career. In addition, he has published articles with FitPro's Virtual Magazine and the IDEA Fitness Journal, and he is a regular contributor to local community health and wellness publications.

John Sinclair

John Sinclair

John is a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, educator and mentor with World Health, the largest chain of health clubs in Western Canada. John serves as director of continuing education and as a workshop presenter for the World Health personal trainers in Edmonton and Calgary Alberta. John has presented over 150 full-day workshops for World Health and has 13 years of personal training experience.

John’s experience as a strength and conditioning specialist include coaching amateur and professional athletes in hockey, lacrosse, football, soccer, and basketball.

John has an ability to take the complex and make it simple. When he presents he is passionately energetic, and above all entertaining. John has the ability to mix humor and fun with the content of his presentations to have a lasting memorable experience.

Jean Sadouni

Jean Sadouni

Jean was a top athlete in judo. He specialised in physiology, nutrition and systemic psychology. For the last 10 years, he has trained numerous personal trainers in continental Europe and his expertise is appreciated by several fitness companies.

He is an international presenter at CanFitPro, FitPro UK, and in several countries in Europe. He was chairman of Technical Expert Groups for EHFA (European Health and Fitness Association) and helped to set standards of knowledge and experience for fitness professionals.

Jean is founder and CEO of Fit&Well, a European company that provides education and ongoing education for health and fitness professionals. He is member of the PTA Global faculty.

Steve Rast

Steve Rast

Steve Rast is a strength and conditioning coach with over a decade of experience ranging from personal training, coaching athletic teams, to the running of CrossFit gyms. On the back end, he has hired and developed dozens of trainers, opened and consulted several successful gyms.

Coach Rast enjoys training other trainers and currently works with companies like CrossFit for their Olympic Lifting Trainer Course led by Mike Burgener, ViPR and Trigger Point Performance Therapy as a master trainer involved in the teaching and certification of other trainers. He is also an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon’s PE department. He brings a unique perspective and experience to coaching.

Matthew Truscott

Matthew Truscott

Matthew Truscott, born and raised in northern California, achieved Varsity status all four years of high school participating in football, basketball and track. Through college, he continued to play football and, despite multiple injuries, played at a level high enough for NFL consideration.

Relatively young in this industry, Matthew’s growth has been extensive. As a personal trainer (specializing in athletic performance, rehabilitation and weight management), group X instructor, ViPR master trainer and most recently becoming an educator/founder of TrueFit180, Matthew has taken on many roles to help put enthusiasm and energy towards creating healthier and happier bodies.

Jenny Burrell

Jenny Burrell

Jenny is the founder of Burrell Education, the UK’s only accredited education provider specializing solely in modern pregnancy and postnatal fitness and therapy education. Jenny is passionate about the possibilities for taking education for this special population to a wider audience within fitness and helping all fitness professionals with female clients to value the progressive education now available. Jenny has led a research team testing the value of training with ViPR on pelvic floor activity.

As well as educating her peers, Jenny runs her own private practice seeing pre- and postnatal clients in West London and is a FitPro presenter. In partnership with Power Plate International Jenny created and delivers the Power Plate for Post Natal Certification worldwide and in partnership with North London School of Sports Massage created their Pre/Post Natal Massage Therapy Certification.

Nick Luciano

Nick Luciano

Nick Luciano, founder of 375 Fit, has been part of the ViPR master trainer team since 2010.

He is honored to have made contributions to ViPR in movement preparation, integrated strength, group exercise, and military readiness. He focuses his work in general preparedness as a foundation specialist with 375 Fit.

Nick re-entered the fitness industry after leaving his career as a 75th Ranger under US Army Special Operations due to a kidney donation.

Nate Fryer

Nate Fryer

Nate Fryer has been personal training and involved in the fitness industry since 1998. His roles in the industry have included athlete, speaker, educator, writer, trainer and inventor.

Nate received his education from Iowa State University in the areas of Exercise Science with focuses on medicine and physical therapy. He has spent time in numerous hospitals, sports clinics and rehab facilities working with leaders in medicine and physical therapy.

Nate has a passion for movement, performance and function. In addition to being a trainer and rehab specialist, he is also the lead ViPR master trainer in the US. Other certifications include Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Specialist, ViPR, ACE, ACSM, NASM, PTAG as well as a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Nate works closely with medical professionals, therapists, athletic trainers, personal trainers, professional athletes and clients in the Denver, CO area. In his spare time he enjoys mountain biking, motorcycles, rock climbing, backpacking, snowboarding and exploring the Rocky Mountains with his wife and two children.

Tommy Yau

Tommy Yau

Tommy Yau Heng Ho is national fitness manager at Fitness First Singapore, overseeing its fitness department at its 11 clubs. With 250 personal trainers under his wing, Tommy heads the recruitment, training and development of trainers and fitness managers.

Tommy has over 11 years of experience at Fitness First and contributes greatly in expanding the personal training business for the company in Singapore.

A Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science graduate from Blackburn University in the UK, he is also a certified personal trainer with ACE and FISAF, and a Les Mills trainer for RPM™, BODYPUMP® and BODYBALANCE®. He is also a Michael King UK Pilates institutes certified Pilates mat work instructor. Tommy is a master trainer and presenter for TRX STC, GSTC, RIP TRAINER, BOSU and ViPR for Singapore and the whole of Asia.

He is a competitive triathlete and has completed seven IRONMAN races in Malaysia, Australia , China and Canada. He lives by his motto: Change your body and it will change your life – you will live life to the fullest.

Jake Duhon

Jake Duhon

Jake has been in the fitness industry for the past 11 years as a personal trainer and the past five years as an educator. His educational background is in sports management with certification through Personal Training Academy Global (PTA Global) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with specialization in performance enhancement and corrective exercise.

Jake is currently a faculty member for PTA Global, ViPR master trainer and founder of Movefree located at The Woodlands United Methodist Church in The Woodlands, TX.

Bill is an internationally sought after exercise physiologist, personal trainer and educator. Bill's impressive credentials, first-class scientific education, and numerous national and international awards distinguish him as a cutting edge leader in the fitness industry. In 2007, Bill received both the IDEA International Personal Trainer of the Year and the NASM Pursuit of Excellence Awards. He is recognized worldwide by his peers as a highly motivated and committed leader and advocate for the advancement of fitness professionals’ training and competence standards.

Scott Schreuder

Scott Schreuder

Having attained a Bsc in Sports Science Scott went on to complete numerous other qualifications including those from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association and being a strength and conditioning coach.

He is an internationally acclaimed master trainer and presents at various seminars and workshops around the world including IDEA World Fitness Convention.

Being South Africa’s leading functional trainer, Scott is the international master trainer for products such as TRX, ViPR, TP Therapy and many more. He is South Africa’s only 5-star rated international presenter, as rated by IDEA Fitness Association.

Meech Aspden

Meech Aspden

Meech is the director of group fitness for Pure Fitness for the region. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Pure Fitness has five clubs there and two in Singapore.

She has a commanding presence on stage having taught in many different countries throughout her 20 years of instructing experience. Originally from New Zealand, Meech's passion for group fitness was first ignited at Les Mills in Auckland. She has presented at quarterly instructor workshops in New Zealand. Since then, she has taught in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States and she now resides in Hong Kong.

In recent years Meech has become a master trainer for TRX and ViPR. She has been instrumental in developing these programs, training instructors and launching them successfully in the group fitness environment for Pure. Pure Fitness was the first fitness club in Asia to successfully launch TRX BodyBlast and ViPR group classes which have since grown to be incredibly successful. Development of new initiatives, training and coaching of instructors are her forte and passion.
